Please read carefully the FAQS/Policies page before booking.

You select the most appropriate package for you after looking at the products and prices. When you submit the form, someone will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the reservation.

To secure the reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Please be aware that your date is not secured until you pay the deposit because many clients request the same dates. You will receive confirmation of your reservation after submitting your deposit. Additionally, the remaining 50% must be paid on the day before the event.

Our present service area is the Ottawa-Gatineau region. We provide service to extra nearby areas for an additional travel cost. Please be aware that travel expenses will be determined by distance. If the distance is too considerable, we have the right to refuse any reservations.

You must give at least 72 hours notice if you need to reschedule your reservation. The rescheduling is then only possible if the new date you choose is available

A cancellation will result in no reimbursement of the deposit once the payment has been made and the reservation has been confirmed. We receive numerous requests for the same dates, so once your reservation is confirmed, we  remove that date from our calendar and begin planning for your event. Therefore, we won’t be able to change any reservations.

we accept reservations up to six months in advance. To ensure that your reservation is confirmed, we  strongly advise making bookings in advance.
